Psyllium and Pineapple Protocol

Hi All
Last month we developed a new procedure for intestinal health & it worked wonders.
So this week we thought why not do it again but with a different base substance.
----
In the last event we used watermelon and Psyllium as the base substance for a cleanse to our gastrointestinal tract.
It worked very well & accomplished many of the good results  we were looking for.
It consisted of our starting early in the morning just as we got up to greet the dawning of the day.
---
Our genuine pig or volunteer operative, who we will call 'Bill'  for simplistic reasons, had a not unpleasant resultant movement of comfortable proportions.

Bill's results were acceptable for him & thus for the rest of us.
----
Our goals included but not limited to:
1. Removal of any or all of slow moving toxic anthropogenic (man made) substances out of our operatives gut (gastrointestinal tract)
2. Clearing of any residual fats or other undigested materials, that may not have been fully metabolized completely in the digestive process
3.  Provide a medium of appropriate volume to help the intestinal wall muscles exercise their peristaltic movement, thus helping to ensure healthy continued service for our operative (Bill).
4. Clear out the tight turns of the duodenum to help remove any substances that may cause the conditions attributable to the dis-ease called diverticulitis.

Those are just some of what we desired to accomplish with this procedure.
Now let's get down to the steps or protocol we used to realize these goals for Bill (volunteer operative).
---------
Protocol - steps we developed for this procedure:
Pre-Procedural protocol
1.  Get up before the sun (our operative-Bill- always does that)
2.  Give thanks to source for this magnanimous day. Bill practices this daily.
3.  Drink some water - brush your teeth and whatever
----
Actual protocol
4.  Take one table spoon of psyllium straight out of the container
5.  Drink a full eight ounces of water to help the psyllium fully get down and into the stomach.
Feel free to mix the psyllium in the glass of water. Bill does it with the spoon, then water.
6.  Drink coffee or your preferred morning drink.
7.  Fast the rest of the day - no solid food - during this part of the day but drink water or your preferred drink, as much as you wish.
8.  Approximately three to four hours after your first psyllium table spoon - take another with eight ounces of water or preferred drink.
9.  Take psyllium now as you wish but be sure to include the minimum eight ounces of water or your preferred drink, with every table spoon of psyllium.
10. At around 2:00pm or whenever you feel you would like to start eating something, slice the watermelon as in our last procedure or in this case cut the pineapple.
11. Bill did this part of the protocol down at the beach, Saturday's are good days for this, He cut the fruit then invited whomever was around and wanted to share in the fruit.
12. Our operative would eat as much as he wanted to eat. Bill made it a point not to eat so much as to feel uncomfortable in the gut. After all this is suppose to be a helping thing not a hurting thing.
13. Eat as much as you like, keeping in mind we are helping ourselves not hurting ourselves.
--------------------------------
That is it!
Nature will take over from us at this point
In a little while as you are seating comfortably at the beach or in your living room enjoy the knowing that you are clearing things up, know that you may be improving your health or continuing in good gastrointestinal health.

Continue with the water/drink through out the day, eat as much fruit, watermelon or pineapple as you like
But stay near a nice clean bathroom for the rest of the day and into the night. Any high water content fruit seems to be O.K. to use for this procedure. We like to think that in season fruit may be the best to use.
------
This may not be the best time to venture too far a field from you restroom facilities.
